About Us

Our team

PAIX LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified Limited Liability Company, registered in the State of Wyoming and headquartered in Washington, DC.

PAIX LLC was founded and is led by Joseph E. Trella III, a seasoned subject matter expert with over 25 years of experience across military, State, and Federal government operations. PAIX LLC combines proven expertise with a mission-driven commitment to public service.

Our history

Founded in 2022, PAIX was created to meet growing federal demand for forward-looking national security and crisis-resilience advisory services. Originally established as a part-time consultancy, PAIX is scaling into a nimble, flexible, and cost-effective small business designed to help government clients anticipate, prepare for, and navigate complex and evolving threat environments. PAIX’s niche is the integration of strategic foresight, military training, and real-world foreign assistance and crisis-response experience with disciplined contract and project-management execution—an uncommon combination that bridges long-range planning and operational reality. This foresight-driven approach enables PAIX to deliver tailored, execution-ready solutions that strengthen preparedness, enhance decision advantage, and produce measurable national security outcomes. PAIX’s specialized services are its core differentiator and growth engine, positioning the firm to support federal missions where anticipation, adaptability, and resilience are critical.

How We Work: Adaptive Mission Solution Framework™

PAIX applies our Adaptive Mission Solution Framework™ as a practical, execution-focused discipline to help government clients anticipate risk, navigate uncertainty, and strengthen mission resilience. Rather than treating contingency planning as a theoretical exercise, PAIX integrates it directly into planning, operations, and decision support—connecting long-range analysis to near-term action across the full crisis lifecycle.
